Authenticating Items Overseas
Hi everyone,
I’m looking at some designer items listed from overseas sellers but they don’t show any authentication guarantee. When items are sold in the UK they seem to come with authentication.
Does anyone know if it’s possible to add verification or authenticity protection to overseas purchases?

Mentor6 months agoAuthenticity is for UK items only.
You are still covered by eBay 30 day MBG on international items.

Mentor6 months agoDon't think it's possible.
For eBay's Authentication process to be applied, it must be sold by a UK seller to a buyer with a UK address, as the authentication process requires the item to be sent directly to a UK-based authentication facility for inspection.
Happy to be corrected if this is not the case now!
