Hello Community…
Before I face any further consequences, I would like to seek your expert advice. The topic at hand is audiobooks, or in my case, an Audio APP… for All Mobiles, particularly how they are distributed. When a customer buys one, it is not a Digital Download or an installation Setup.exe file. When a customer purchases a book or, in this case, a mobile app of an AudioBook, a certificate is sent to them via email. This PDF certificate contains a link to the purchased item, directing the user to a direct link to their purchase… where the book can be accessed instantly using the direct link, and it opens on their phones instantly and at any time. The app functions as a Progressive Web App (PWA) compatible with all mobile devices. Or any other internet devices… iPads, Laptops. Pcs..
I have come across information regarding the rules for eBooks, audiobooks, or digital downloads, indicating that it is permissible to upload certificates and similar documents as part of the installation that the buyer receives upon making a purchase. However, I may be mistaken about this.
- Question … If it is allowed, what Category would I place it under… Books, comics, magazines …
- Question … As it is not a Digital Download ( No files… to install on phones, etc), all my Audio Apps are stored on my Servers… does it need to go into "Everything Else" …
Any assistance or guidance on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Mentor4 months agoI know people do this, but I'd advise any buyer asking here about a product delivered in this manner not to do this as it poses a potential security risk to them.

Mentor4 months agoIt is still classed as digital download, as you are sending by email, not a physical item.
You need to be a business seller to sell multiples of new items,
Must be in everything else category.
