Auction winners not paying - maybe someone with multiple accounts?

I'm a small scale seller and recently I've auctioned an item and had non-payment, blocked the member account, relisted the auction and it looks like the same thing is happening again with the second auction. Does this happen to others and is there anything that can be done, aside from only listing buy it now items?

If you have a non payer its important after 4 days to cancel the order with buyer did not pay. They get a strike on their account and it makes it more difficult to bid.

Check also your buyer requirements you can amend things like how many payment strikes a person can have before not being allowed to bid etc.
