Auction bid won but buyer has not paid and tried to cancel bid
How can I obtain the name and address of the buyer who won an auction bid and then immediately cancelled?
This is a blatant breach of UK law and I want to sue them for damages in the small claims court.

Mentor11 months agoHave you checked you can post bikes using service quoted and for that cost.
It looks too cheap to me.
RM won't accept it, will need to be Parcelforce or courier.

·11 months agoIt is a breach of contract but this is not something within the remit of the small claims court.
If you seriously want to take legal action, take legal advice first.
