Attempted delivery which never was

I ordered something from s seller but it hasn’t arrived. I keep getting delivery attempted message from a delivery company in India but there has never been a delivery attempt and therefore I have not received it. I cannot contact the seller as there are no details when I click contact seller. Is there a customer service email address I can use to get this sorted?

When the estimated delivery date has passed select "Report an item you didn't receive" on here:

and escalate it 3 complete working days later.
