Attaching a Document to a message from ebay
How do I attach a proof of posting to respond to "Order not received" in the message. I have just updated to Windows 10 and it will not let me attach my document - can anybody help me please.

Mentor1 week ago · EditedYou can attach a photo or a PDF to an eBay message, but that's a pretty pointless exercise if the buyer has opened a not received claim - all buyers and eBay need is the tracking number.

Mentor1 week agoWhen you goto send the message on desk top or app there will be a little camera symbol to left click this add the jpeg and you can send.

OP1 week agoYes I know that but I always like to send my buyer a Proof of Posting to let them know that I have sent it. All I need is to know is how to attach a file as a response to my message from ebay.
