Assumed purchase
I purchased an item and money was taken out of my account by EBay but never received anything and when I went into my account there is no evidence of purchase how do I go about getting in touch as everything seems to be an automated response and getting no where..has anyone got a number or email to contact them please

The other possibility is that the seller has been suspended and their account and the item have been removed from ebay. If so you would have to contact your payment provider about getting a refund.
