Associating a bank account

I have tried 5 times to get my ebay account to be associated with my Natwest account, so that I can sell and get paid.
The problem is I need to speak with someone as Natwest will not approve the association without speaking to an Ebay person directly... One problem is to do with the way the account creates or assumes your name and I cannot change it to reflect directly what my name is (An infuriating situation).
Can Anyone suggest or put me in contact with customer services directly, so that I can then be guided through making the changes required as the help is of no help and I need to sell items before there is a big shift in the value of said items due to supply and demand.

Mentor3 weeks agoI very much doubt that anyone from ebay will speak to Nat West. The name on the bank account and the name on the ebay account do have to match exactly or ebay will reject it.
Depending on how important it is to you, a second bank account with matching details might be the only solution, it's what I did.

Mentor3 weeks agoYour bank shouldn't need to speak to anyone at eBay, but it is correct that your eBay regsistered name and bank account name must match exactly, for example if its John J Smith on your bank account then your eBay registered name must be John J Smith. It's easier to tweak your registered eBay name than try and sort it out any other way. Do your names match?

Mentor3 weeks agoAfter a break from selling, check that your Selling account setup is updated with valid UK Addressed/Based Banking details (not internet/ website) on file in order to send, receive and request payments ? --- Best use a PC/Laptop to make changes --- can take a few days to verify >
