Why didnt you say so in the first place??
There is nothing for eBay to do if a seller doesn't answer questions. That's up to them.
Treat it as a warning sign, and look elsewhere.

What issue is there to resolve regarding this car door, which is still for sale? At this stage it's normally between you and the seller.
If you buy the item and there are problems with it you can use eBay's money back guarantee. Don't forget that eBay no longer allows "inspection visits". You have to pay through eBay's checkout before the seller can provide the collection address.
If they're trying to make you pay in some other way that would leave you with no buyer protection, this IS reportable to eBay. More information would help us to help you.
