On the 6th January I received an email from eBay asking me to complete a survey about my experience with buying handbags and/or watches in exchange for £15. I fully completed the survey but now, 20 days later, almost 3 weeks, I still haven't received the £15. I have tried to contact customer service but there is just no way to do that. My issue isn't related to any of the available options and there doesn't seem to be any way to actually email someone or raise this issue. I'm hoping someone in the eBay community might know how I can actually raise this and get a human to sort it out for me? Thank you!
