I wrote 2 emails to the seller (spring bulbs) no reply to my email, I had to have a hospital admission and was told no gardening, any chaos. this order was coming in 3+ weeks but suddenly today, email said sending order (expected delivery from 13.2.26 ) with no reply to whether I could look after my plants, etc. Tha amount has been taken from my account. What do I do, any advise please. Thank you
