Asked seller for partial refund, however they accidently gave a full refund instead
I asked seller for partial refund due to faulty products, which they agreed to, however they accidently gave a full refund instead and have asked me to return some of the money. Any ideas on how to do this properly please? We're not supposed to trade outside of Ebay but there appears no options to cover this, and none of the Ebay contact/help/AI categories cover this situation.

Mentor3 weeks agoThe only way round it is for the seller to advice their paypal or send BAC transfer details so you can do it.
As the sale is complete you should be able to share this information as long as you make clear in your message that is what you are doing.
