Ask ebay to withdraw refund to Fraud Buyer
Ebay close the dispute no 5010532722 for item no received.. then refund the buyer which actually he already received it (proof from DHL). I made report twice about rhis FRAUD but no follow up from ebay. I dont know why ebay nowadays become unfair and not give a good respect to sellers

OP2 weeks agoDHL report to me when I asked them, on the other side ebay decide to refund on what reason I dont understand, they just refunded

Mentor2 weeks agoThe only evidence of delivery that ebay accepts in a case is tracking that is entered into the case details and that shows delivery.
Any other evidence that the buyer has the item is not considered by ebay.

Mentor2 weeks agoeBay do not explain any action if any taken, after receiving reports.
If an item does not arrive on time a buyer is allowed to open a case for item not received, even if the item does arrive much later, the buyer is still entitled to that refund.
If an item doesn't arrive within your specified estimated delivery times, a full refund can be claimed for ' item not as described' under eBay's 30 day MBG.
