If the buyer has opened a case for item not received, enter the tracking n umbers you have, if tracking has shown delivery, then the case will close in your favour the buyer will not be refunded.
Is this a Simple Delivery transaction? Should tracking not show delivery, eBay will refund the buyer, and you get to keep the payout.
