Hi there, someone bought an item from me but didn’t read the listing properly so we agreed to cancel it. It’s the only item I am selling at the moment and the funds are being held (and they are the only funds that are being held). However, I apparently now have to provide a source of extra funds to cover the refund and this amounts to nearly £70. Is it going to cost me this much money to not sell this item?!Any advice on the procedure much appreciated please.Thanks, Georgie.

Only you know if the deduction was for listing or selling fees, or possibly postage. It certainly sounds like there were some fees involved.
