As a Seller how do I record negative feedback on a sale?
Ebay requests feedback from sellers. Until now it has always been positive and I click the positive icon and enter a short description. On a recent occasion it has been negative and I want to record the problem but on the Feedback window there is no 'Negative' icon, only a 'positive' Icon.
I have looked at ‘Reporting a buyer’ but I cannot get the description link to work on the window.
How do I leave a negative experience with a buyer please?

Mentor5 months agoSellers can't leave negative or neutral feedback buyers, nor can they leave positive feedback featuring a negative type of comment.

You don't. eBay does not allow sellers to leave anything except positive feedback and positive comment for buyers. The option to do anything else was removed years ago.
Don't be tempted to leave "false positive" comments. The buyer can report this to be removed and it's you whose account would be penalised for feedback policy violation.
Just don't leave any feedback. That's all sellers can do.

Mentor5 months agoSellers cannot leave a negative comment for buyers, leaving a negative comment against a positive rating can result in sanctions against the seller.
Depending on the issue you have with the buyer it may be possible to report to eBay
