Arrma Typhon Grom
Summary: mryogus79 is experiencing issues with a buggy purchased online, specifically a malfunctioning battery that no longer charges after limited use. They have attempted to contact the seller for a resolution but have not received a response and feel ignored. **peaseblossom** suggested returning the item if within the 30-day window, or contacting the payment provider for a refund if within 120 days, but mryogus79 acknowledged that these options are no longer viable as the time period has passed. tobiasd4 noted that the purchase was completed last year, suggesting it's too late for any return or refund actions.
This Buggy has been used no more than 6 times and the battery no longer charges, I've reached out to The Seller and up to now I seem to have been ignored
this is not what I expected from this seller as the reviews state their a good and responsive seller Granted they said they were going to be away until a few weeks back but I'm still waiting for a resolution or replacement and my buggy sits catching dust
The seller has not responded to me at all and eBay make it so difficult to converse with someone in real life, I feel like I've been mislead and ignored

You are too late as you bought last year.

Mentor3 weeks agoIf it's still within 30 days of the delivery you can start a return using the reason "Item didn't match description" via the dropdown menu arrow for the item on your purchase history page. If necessary escalate it after 3 complete working days.
After 30 days it's too late to do anything on ebay but if it's still within 120 days of payment contact your payment provider and ask them about a refund or chargeback.
