Arrived but still refunded
Has anyone else had an item not arrived and buyer put in a claim. Item arrived two days later and eBay still gave them a refund under simple delivery. I did not lose out but surprised eBay refunded when only two days late. At this time of year that’s nothing. So they have the item and full refund ? Surely it’s not that easy to con the system ?
