Arranging viewing
I have a potential buyer who would like to view the item before making an offer, there appears to be no way to send my contact details via messaging, this is absurd! Has anybody any suggestions?

·11 months agoAs advised, you can't exchange details until the buyer has bought and paid for the item - listed at £5.
You could list each item separately with an appropriate cost but really, given that you are selling various similar pieces of wood and you want to charge different amounts depending on the size, and one buyer may want several bits of wood, an Ebay listing is not ideal in this instance.

Buyers will expect ALL pieces for £5.00.
You should list as BIN with number available, so buyers pay £5.00 per plank.

Mentor11 months agoYour description does not override your photo of lots of planks and there being just a single price.
You can't make up your own rules.

Mentor11 months ago@papso22 has already correctly answered question about viewing.
Buyers have to pay through ebay checkout before you can exchange contact info.

Mentor11 months agoYou can't do that.
The buyer has to buy the item before contact details can be exchanged.
Those are Ebay's rules.
