Approved a Refund but no refund?
I recently sent back to items separately bought to the same seller, everything was fine and both refunds got approved, on the same day and basically a few minutes apart however i only received on refund for one of the items and nothing from the other one? what should i do because all ebay support is saying is that its closed and refund was processed but literally nothing has come through on any of my bank accounts

Mentor11 months agoDid you open 2 cases, this is what you needed to do to get both refunds.
