Apple TV

Question

I ordered 3 Apple tv but only got one in the listing it says 3 Apple tv for sale but there were no 3 in number on side of the listing so definitely 3 for sale here is the Ebay item number 398373516929

And not only that i had to pay extra £3.50 to cover postage as this as the postage was not coverd

You're right, there should be 3 in your order. There are 3 boxes and 3 remotes in the photos, and it says three in the listing description.

Looks like that seller meant to set up a quantity listing but neglected to put 3 in the quantity box.

However, all you can do is to open a return and select 'doesn't match photos or description' as your return reason.

As far as extra postage is concerned, it is always recommended to refuse to pay, and item gets returned to seller. Their is no way that you can get seller to reimburse you for this. extra cost.

In description it says 3, but i think that refers to 3 X Remotes. If you are not happy, open item not as described case, seller supplies returns label, you post back for full refund.
