Appeal won but item still removed from listings

I have had a listing removed for the second time under ebays knifes and blades policy. This is the second time this has happened with this particular item. I have now won the appeal for a second time. Unfortunately the item seems to have not been reactivated by ebay. All the usual options for resolving and relisting or even deleting the item have been deactivated. Leaving me with a policy violation which i have won.... twice with no way of resolving. Even though i have twice already.
I have tried the ebay AI assisted customer service program but unfortunately it was useless.
