Appeal refused for item delivered to wrong address
A recent order was delivered to the wrong address ( wrong street) . Tracking info and proof of delivery showed it was delivered to wrong address yet the seller refused to send replacement or refund. I appealed to ebay including photos showing it was delivered to the wrong address but they just closed the case leaving me out of pocket with no parcel. What else can I do? The actual address the parcel was delivered to is unoccupied so where the parcel has gone is anyone's guess.

If with a debit or credit card you can issue an item not received claim with your card provider.
