Appeal a case
Summary: totalclearance2021 reported an issue with a purchase made on eBay where the item was marked as delivered but was never received. Despite repeated appeals, eBay closed the case. After a week, the delivery company admitted the parcel was lost and advised contacting eBay. totalclearance2021 is seeking advice on how to proceed to recover the £110 spent.
I made a purchase at the start of the month, after a week the item was marked as delivered by evri (the seller used evri as part of the simple ebay option) but my parclel was never delivered. The seller paid for signed delivery and it was never signed for or photo taken on delivery . Ebay refused my appeal and my 2nd appeal and closed my appeal, after a week evri admitted the parcel was never delivered and was lost and to contact ebay. Now I just keep going round in circles trying to get hold of ebay and what to do next to get my £110 back
