appeal

Question

Hi, doe sanyone has an email address where I can send and ebay appeal, the item was not delivered, ebay took the view of the seller without asking me, and they puting the whole thing into my shoulder to find out where is the item...it was posted by Royal Mail and to my knowledge they woul dsend any undelivered item back, ebay denied refund and I am fuming as it is £40, any advise please, thanks J

If seller has tracked evidence of delivery, then that protects the seller and ebay will not get involved,

I do not see thst you have grounds for appealing to ebay, or any evidence to support an appeal.

It is Royal Mail who “delivered” so you should take it up with them, to justify the delivery.
