App Log in Issue

Question

I am having trouble logging into the ebay app. This is the second time it has happened within a week. I have tried all the steps (downloading / reinstall / clear cache/ reset) but still nothing.

Error code is ‘we ran into a problem. please try again later’.

Any ideas?

Thank you for your post.

The steps you have taken would be what we would advise as trouble shooting steps. Check your updated to the most recent versions of the app. Android is 6.270.0.2 and IOS is 6.270.0. Did you change your password recently?

Try to see if you can log into your account via desktop or mobile browser.
