App Issues, Update Required, Unable to Update etc. etc.
Ok so please let me bore you with some background, it is relevant as I know from reading I'm not the only one.
I sell used motorcycle parts , I use the app for uploading sale items, I have done this approx 2000 times.
On Monday of this week the app started mis-behaving, failure to load photos in order, lost template settings etc. This got worse until Wednesday when I simply could not list an item for sale.
So I checked EVERYTHING knowing it's most likely me being a tec dinosaur and using an old but reliable smart phone running Android 10.
Apparently, according to advice found here and Ebay direct, Android 10 should support the app but trying to cancel and reload the latest version told me the app was no longer supported ( or similar ) and to update , this simply took me round in circles .
So cut a long story short I bought a new phone yesterday, after MANY hours ( tec dinosaur ) I have a bright and shiney all singing and dancing Ebay app ready to go....
Now when I list an item I am transferred from the app to browser???? Ok I can work with this, even an old biker like me can work it out BUT this is time consuming and no way a quick and efficient way of listing like using the app from beginning to end.
Perhaps I ask to much but can't the app revert to coping with an entire listing, start to finish?

Mentor5 months agoThere is an going issue with listing motor parts using the app.
Ebay are aware, but have not fixed it yet.
