App / android issue
Summary: floco1974 is experiencing a persistent error message when trying to access their account through an app. Despite clearing the cache, reinstalling the app, and attempting to use the mobile website, the issue remains unresolved. They are seeking advice on how to fix this problem.
I keep getting an error message on my app when I try to access my account to create a listing or check my balance.
Its a picture of a broken clothing rail with the message: Oops! Something went wrong!
Ive cleared the cache
Uninstalled and reinstalled the app
Tried to use the mobile website (but keep getting directed back to the app)
Nothing with stop the error message from appearing?
Any advice?*

Thank you for your post.
Are you still experiencing this issue? Check that you are updated to the most recent app version. Android is 6.269.0.2 and IOS is 6.269.0. If after uninstalling and reinstalling you still encounter it, report it through the app. While in the app shake your phone and a pop up will appear with a blue button " Report a technical problem".
