Anyone else not able to cancel order due to ebay technical issues today?

Hi, I have been trying all day to cancel an order. I have tried different browsers & computers and it is the same error message each time.
The Ebay customer support is useless as chat is AI and the phone support struggle to understand English.
Has anyone else had this issue today? I am assuming it is a technical error on the Ebay website.
Any idea on how to solve would be appreciated as I don't want it to impact my top seller rating.
