Any advice on getting a refund for an item I believe is not genuine?
I ordered some trainers in what should have been the correct size as I'd tried the same ones on in a shop the day before. They are at least 2 sizes too big, are men's trainers rather than women's as advertised, and I believe they are not genuine. Seller has refused a refund as they have a no returns policy (which I unfortunately wasn't aware of when I purchased them). Any advice on how to get a refund through Ebay?

·7 months agoGood advice from @*vyolla* but you do only get one chance to start a return through Ebay.
If you opened a case stating the shoes were the wrong size/didn't fit, the seller could refuse the return and the case would close.
What has happened so far?

Mentor7 months agoSimply open an eBay return and select the 'doesn't match description or photos' reason.
Your seller should then issue a pre-paid returns label. If they don't, then after 3 business days you'll see an option appear to get eBay involved. use this, and they'll issue you with a label.
