ANOTHER SELLER USING MY PERSONAL PHOTOS
HELLO PEOPLE
SO AFTER 5 REPORTS TO EBAY THEY HAVE DONE NOTHING
ANOTHER SELLER FROM ANOTHER COUNTRY IS USING MY PHOTOS TAKEN IN MY HOME INCLUDING PHOTOS OF ME IN THEM , EBAY ARE DOING NOTHING SO I WANT TO START LEGAL ACTION FOR DATA PROTECTION .. how do I start proceedings ?

Mentor1 week agoI can't see any people in your live or ended listing photos.

Mentor1 week agoYou should never include a photo with you (or any person in), the photo only needs to be of the item you're listing.
To take legal action you'll need to find a lawyer who specialises in cross border copyright breaches, if indeed it will be viewed as such because eBay do state that any photos that are used on the site may be used by other sellers. This will literally cost you tens of thousands of pounds and honestly isn't worth pursuing.

Mentor1 week agoIt's really not. You've uploaded then into public domain on a site where you've agreed to allow anyone to use them.
