An order had to be cancelled as the item went missing. Have refunded for the cost of the item but how can I refund for the postage?

Mentor11 months agoHow have you done this refund? If you cancel the correct way, citing Buyer Requests to Cancel this with the buyer's permission of course, this fully refunds everything the buyer has paid.
