An item that never been posted
The item hasn't been shipped. Please check the tracking number—there isn't one! The item was never handed over to Royal Mail and hasn't been registered. The expected delivery date was a few days past the estimated
one, which is why I didn't need help sooner. I trusted the seller! I messaged , but no answer. That’s another two days lost. Please help! After all, we're talking about over £100!

Mentor2 weeks agoIf the seller is not being helpful, no need to contact them anymore, just proceed this way:
Go right of the item purchased, and from More Actions select.... I Have Not Received My Item.
If you are not fully refunded within 3 days, you must escalate the case on day 4 or within 30 days from opening the case, and eBay will step in and force the refund.
Do not close the case early for any excuse or promise the seller may give, and do not forget to escalate
