An item that I listed with simple delivery but I have got the sizing wrong and it has now sold
Hello community, I have listed an item for the first time using the simple delivery option but I have badly got this all wrong and the item has just sold. The pre-paid label is for Evri which has a max package size of 120cm length and my item is 145cm. There is no option that I can find to pay for a different option so do I have to cancel the sale and refund the buyer and then relist it making sure that I select the correct postage size (ie up to 145cm length)? Thank you for any kind advice.

Mentor6 months agoYes, it's best to cancel/refund with buyer's agreement and relist with correct postage. You could just pay for the postage yourself but that is more fiddly, and of course more expensive for you.
