AN DELIVER ITTEM AND REFUSED REFUND
Dose anyone has issue with eBay. the items you purches but you haven't received it.
Also even you tried so hard resolve the issue with the seller also eBay customer servicers even thou the refused to refund your money.
Now am disputing this matter and have been requested provided the final refusal and reference number from them and I did asked multiple times what's more they don't respond back email or even eBay mailbox.
what should I do .? ple

Mentor1 week agoWhy don’t you just open a not received case, then if no response from seller escalate to ebay after 3 days.
It is all so simple if you use the tools ebay provide, doing yourself is just a waste of time and risks you getting out of time.
