American buyer unable to buy my item

Ebay are not shipping to USA via GSP

My american buyer is unable to buy my item

I contacted ebay customer support who advised I change the postage on my listing and send via Royal mail

To complete the Royal mail pages to see what the cost (including tariffs) will be, I need my american buyers contact details

Ebay is preventing him messaging these to me

Any ideas what to do?

Suggest you contact RM, I believe they do cover this problem in instructions, and I think suggest using your contact details.
