Amending postage costs for excess weight before posting
Sold an item and it’s heavier than I expected through simple delivery. Used up to 2 kg it’s actually 6 kg. Can I change it or do I buy a different label. Not opened the postage label from simple delivery yet.

·7 months agoThe recommended way to deal with this is to cancel the sale and relist with the correct postage for the buyer to purchase again.
You could buy your own label, but you would lose out on the cost of postage and could not amend the tracking.
