Amend of add a different Tracking Number Option has gone.
It would appear ebat are not making enough money from out buyers so they have now removed the Tracking Number V arrow so you can amend are put the same tracking number for several items sent together.
Just got off the phone to there customer service guys, who frankly was talking BS saying once the item has been dispatched I can change the number, but I have to call them to do this now. So much For Simple Delivery

OP10 months agoto add insult to injury I have just got 3 Neg feedbacks from the same buyer due to the simply delivery being unable to deal with combined shipping.

Mentor10 months agoeBay have said they will remove any negs related to Simple Delivery. So contact Customer Services again and hopefully they will do that.

Mentor10 months agoSimple Delivery isn't great for combining postage. Ideally cancel/refund the transactions with buyer's agreement and relist in one listing with one postage for the buyer to buy again.
The alternative is to send them together anyway. Open the unused labels to mark the items as dispatched then you should be able to add the tracking number to the extra items at View Order Details > Postage > Track Package > dropdown arrow. That has to be done on a desktop browser.
If the buyer paid for the unused labels the cost will be automatically refunded to them in 30 days.

See the arrow has gone, it you click on the button it just going to the royal Mail site.
