Amazing
Ordered pair of black trainers photos showed them in black and top of box
Item arrived but inside box was blue different ones
Seller said it can't be them as they did not have blue ones!
So post office must have opened packaging replaced trainers without any damage to packaging lol!
Thank god they were not dear
It's getting worse now can't be bothered

Mentor10 months agoWhilst I would never say the PO or RM or a courier would not do this, when I was selling I used a lot of shoe boxes when packing any awkward shaped items.
Some boxes had high brand names Louboutin , Chanel, ( umm to be clear I did not spend the ridiculous money these items command, but given empty boxes from a friend working in a high brand store ! 🤗 )
When wrapping in brown paper , the name on the box was still clear, so I wrapped it a few times in that paper, until that brand name disappeared.
I did wonder though if my items in those boxes were ever opened , and the disappointment on someone's face, not to find shoes worth thousands of pounds, but a second hand Marks and Spencer jumper ! 😁

Escalate on day 4 if no label or refund.
