Am I responsible for full refund
Does the seller have to refund the full amount (item plus postage) if the buyer has
told the courier to return to sender because they've (evri) said they can't find the address. Evri have only made one attempt but the buyer is angry because they often have trouble with evri doing this but they chose to buy the item which clearly states it'll be evri courier 🤷♀️

Mentor1 month agoIf the buyer refused to accept delivery this renders the sale ineligible for eBays money back guarantee, so strictly speaking neither you nor eBay are required to refund them at all.
That said, to bring the affair to an end it would probably be sensible to cancel the sale when you receive the item back. Give the reason as "buyer requested to cancel" to avoid being penalised by eBay for a seller-initiated cancellation.
Be sure to add this buyer to your blocked bidders list.

Mentor1 month agoIf you used Simple Delivery the buyer pays ebay for the postage so they refund the cost of postage if you cancel the transaction.
