Already used tracking number on label

Just printed 2 eBay simple delivery labels and the tracking number on the labels have already been used more than 80 days ago

How do I know this?... Because I use the royal mail app to scan every label so I have proof of posting.

eBay are aware of the issue as others have complained

Why has eBay not put a warning up to let us know they are having problems. Now I have dispatched items I can not post and the buyers have the wrong tracking details. With being a simple (hardwork) label I can not cancel order void it to purchase another label from outside if eBay.

@papso22 This issue came up last year that eBay were recycling tracking numbers from RM. Think Kat may have been involved.

eBay just advised I can still post the items with the already used tracking numbers. I do not like that response. Means no up to date tracking for us or the buyer. eBay's reply is doesn't matter you are covered by simple delivery. Is this really what eBay is becoming? I care about what I'm selling and for my buyers, eBay seems to have a different attitude to that.
