Allowing a USA buyer to buy
We have all overseas blocked, as we decided some time ago that posting overseas is just too much hassle. We have agree to make an exception an allow an American buyer to buy a specific item. On that listing we have unblocked North America, but the buyer is stating that they are still blocked.
Any help in making this freed from any blocks for this one buyer would be appreciated.

Mentor2 weeks agoYou need to add direct postage to the US to the listing. Also put their ID on your exemption list to lift any other blocks:

OP2 weeks agoWe have added their user ID to the exemption list. There is nothing on the listing to allow direct postage to the US.
