All records of order disappeared
I ordered an item on ebay, received confirmation email and the payment was taken out of my account.
When I click on "view order" or "track item" it says "order not found".
And if I go to my purchase history, the item isnt there.
The automated support is no good as you have to select which item you havent received before you can continue.
I am unable to find the option to email support on Ebays site.
Can anyone suggest a solution to this problem.

If there is, then the confirmation email is a good place to start.
If it hasn't arrived, what is the latest estimated delivery date from that email?

That would explain why you can't find the purchase.
Finding your order details
To start a return request or report a problem with an item you bought as a guest, you'll need your order confirmation email. This is the email we sent at the time of your purchase with all your order details. The subject line starts with "Order Confirmed".

OP7 months agopurchases when I try to track the itme.
When I click on the order confirmed email I get the message that the order
