all offers are being “auto declined” and I have lost seven firm offices and realised the item

seven days ago I first listed iPhone 15 pro Max. On the last day of that Listing I received numerous firm Office all of which I accepted however I then began getting informed by those people making the office that their offer had been turned down by “auto decline“. I ended up running from the UK to a chat agent in the USA and spent over an hour discussing what to do, he had no solution and I don’t think any clear understanding of what I was telling him but he told me to relist the offer so that is what I did. However, subsequently firm offers for the item on the second listing are also being auto declined. Can anyone advise

Mentor3 months agoWhat was your minimun for auto decline offers?
I ask this as any offer a buyer makes would have to be the minimum you want PLUS the buyer fee, say you were willing to acept £570 for example your buyers offer would need to be £588.10 or higher to be auto accepted so that you get the £570 minimum after the buyer fee has been paid to eBay

Mentor3 months agoIf you accept an offer the listing ends as sold, so I'm not sure what you mean here.
There's a setting on the listing tool that you set up when making your listing, you can see under the Allow Offers section you can put the minimum offer you'd consider or you can set it to automatically accept offers above a certain amount:
However, you should be aware that iPhones attract some dodgy buyers, and new sellers with iPhones are a popular target. You should be aware that buyers in this scenario sometimes try to claim there's some kind of issue in order to draw you outside of eBay.
Make sure that you make a note of the IMEI number of that phone.
