All my listings have been taken down due to policy issues but not told me how to fix them
Summary: trancetcg received an email about policy violations on their 111 eBay listings but encountered issues while trying to resolve them, as the system shows no details for these errors. trancetcg faced difficulties contacting eBay support, only receiving repetitive responses from an AI Bot. *vyolla* suggested possible reasons for the violations and recommended contacting eBay through a specific route to speak directly with a customer service representative. trancetcg confirmed no external links or stock photos were used in their listings.
I've recieved an e-mail about all 111 of my listings having "policy violations" and that I need to sort them out by 20th August. After attempting to to fix them, I've been given very wild results. The Issue Resolution Centre confirms I have 111 listing errors but when I click on "View Details" I'm taken to Resolution Hub just to be told "Nothing to see here". Then after attempting to contact eBay through customer support, I'm just met with an AI Bot throwing me the same link over and over again. If possible, I'd like some assistance on what I should be doing as nothing eBay has sent me has actually told me how to fix all my listings despite giving me a deadline for them

Mentor1 month agoThe most obvious reason for removal is that you are selling NEW which means you are a business seller and depriving ebay of considerable fees.
Ebay might eventually have realised how much they are losing by allowing business sellers to trade as private.

Mentor1 month agoDid you include a link to a third party website (such as the product manufacturer for instructions or a YouTube tutorial)?
Did you use a stock photo as your main picture?

OP1 month agoI've not linked any websites in my listings and taken all the images myself on my phone

Mentor1 month agoI've just had a look at your completed listings and can see nothing there that breaches eBay policy. I can only suggest calling eBay, but the eBay CS agent may not be able to tell you what the problem is if they don't have all of the information to hand.
I’ve found that the best route to contact eBay Customer Services is via the link below where you can call them or request a call back if you’re using the app (if you’re using desktop you’ll need to go round the houses with AI and start a chat then keep typing ‘agent’ until you get the option to live chat with a CS rep or to have a call back):
