I only list Collection on all my listings. Buyer purchased an item, paid for it, then said he "did not notice it was Collection only, so will I post it to him, because it is in orginal box so will be safe”. I do not have the ability to post items. There was no offer to arrange to collect, so I had no option than to cancel the order, so he got his refund from my eBay Account back. What reason did you use for the cancellation? You won't pay relisting fees, but that's because you have plenty of free listings left.
