Hi folks, When a buyer buys something on your selling site, Why can't we get a alert ?, to say a purchase has been made, instead of waiting 3 hours for a sold email, " sold now Make collection", so we can process the purchase before 9pm, and have it collected, the day after, weekend excluded.?we have to check every 20 mins , to see we if have a sale, yours frustrated. 1 big garage sale.

Sold emails should be pretty instantanious, the only reason there may be a delay on the email is that there is a system whereby the seller has up to four hours after initial purchase to add to their basket in order ebay can combine shipping.

I can't believe you are checking every 20 minutes, we scoop up any orders at the end of the day regardless of time issued and pack for following day departure.
