AI when listing

I do not like the AI when listing on my phone .

I want my freedom of choice back.

can anyone help me to opt out of using AI when listing items both on desktop and Android phone

AI put thing into categories I do not want them in and does not describe in the way I want.

I do not want to have to make drafts and then change it all

Let's start with desktop - where are you seeing being AI compulsory, at which point during the listing process (you can add a screenshot or photo to your answer if required).
