Hi.
I have found that when listing model railway track AI often puts the wrong gauge. Has anyone else found this?
Thanks

OP3 weeks agoYes I was wondering how to get around AI. Not enjoying being forced to use it. Thank you

Mentor3 weeks ago · EditedI think thats an app thing to be honest, if you listing on your desktop or via a web browser you should be safe from it!! However as John says add pictures last it gets round it too if the app is the only method you have for listing.

Mentor3 weeks agoSome members seem to be given no option but to use AI, but the way round is to add your pictures last. AI cannot fill in dubious details without a picture.
I find the AI descriptions dreadful, and are written as if for children.

Mentor3 weeks agoYes, that can happen. For accuracy and clarity you're so much better off writing your own listing description. If you use AI you need to check it plus the item specifications it completes and in that time you could've written a far better one yourself.
The main area where AI will let you down is item condition, which is what buyers really want to know if the item is a used one, they want to know of there's any damage, marks etc.

Mentor3 weeks agoeBay's AI is basic and poor, for us when buying any seller that has used AI we avoid.

Mentor3 weeks agoDon't use AI to list. It's inaccurate and annoys buyers.
