AI Bots restricted account for mistaken ‘counterfeit’ and Concierge has disappeared!!
Just went to call Concierge and it’s disappeared!! Basically eBay AI bots have decided my perfectly authentic vintage Versace bag is counterfeit and restricted my account. And I have no way of contacting eBay. Normal customer service isn’t responding! I’ve been a high sales eBay member for 21 years.
Anyone experiencing similar problems?

You are selling a lot of new branded perfumes as a private seller,
they may think they are fake items.

MentorJul 14, 2026 at 12:55 PMI’ve found that the best route to contact eBay Customer Services is via the link below where you can call them or request a call back if you’re using the app (if you’re using desktop you’ll need to go round the houses with AI and start a chat then keep typing ‘agent’ until you get the option to live chat with a CS rep or to have a call back):
